All originals are carefully packaged and shipped fully insured using a tracked courier service (e.g. Royal Mail Special Delivery or equivalent).

Orders are usually dispatched within 7 working days of cleared payment.

UK delivery is standard. International shipping may be available on request; any import/customs duties are the buyer’s responsibility.

Prints & Merchandise

Prints and merchandise are fulfilled by trusted third-party partners such as Fine Art America and Printful. Shipping times, costs, and returns for these items are handled directly through their services.

Each original is a one-of-a-kind piece. For this reason, all sales are final — returns, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted once purchased.

Commissions

Commissioned work is created to order and is non-refundable.

Damage in Transit
-
In the unlikely event that an original arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the artwork and packaging.

As the seller, I will file an insurance claim with the courier. Once the claim is processed, a refund or suitable resolution will be arranged.

Please note: without photographs, a claim cannot be submitted.
